Refund and Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, unwashed, without any damage, and with original tags and packaging.

Innerwear, beauty products, and customized items are not eligible for return.

 

Return Process:

  1. Raise a return request via email with order number and reason.
  2. Our team will confirm the return eligibility.
  3. For eligible areas, reverse pickup will be scheduled.
  4. In other areas, customer must ship product to our return address.

 

Refund Conditions:

After return is received and inspected, refund is processed within 5-7 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
