Return Conditions:
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, without any damage, and with original tags and packaging.
Innerwear, beauty products, and customized items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Raise a return request via email with order number and reason.
- Our team will confirm the return eligibility.
- For eligible areas, reverse pickup will be scheduled.
- In other areas, customer must ship product to our return address.
Refund Conditions:
After return is received and inspected, refund is processed within 5-7 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
